The development comprised the refurbishment of four flats, with the ambition of creating cosy, functional, boutique-style pied-à-terre interiors. The layouts were thoughtfully reconfigured, with the staircases repositioned to improve circulation and create a striking focal point. The client’s vision centred on soft, curved forms and warm, natural materials, with bespoke joinery carefully selected to complement the building’s historic character. The result is a series of warm, considered interiors that feel both contemporary and entirely at home within their historic setting.
